T-5 Drop-in Replacement Tubes 

Bruce is always looking to build upon existing lighting systems to provide a longer-lasting, easy-to-install alternative. Our T-5 replacement tubes use the most contemporary LED technology on the market, making it possible to ensure that there will be no lumen degradation in over 60,000 hours of usage. 

This system is a true drop-in replacement for outdated fixtures. The seamless replacement means no new hardware and no more constant maintenance to replace standard gas light tubes. The T-5 replacement tubes can be installed in an overnight check, reusing all existing wiring, ballast connectors, and lamp sockets with no modification to the wiring system. 

The tubes also offer considerable weight savings, which have a direct effect on fuel savings. 

It’s not only lighter but also safer. The system completely eliminates the high voltage arching and breakdown hazards associated with the use of high-voltage fluorescent ballasts, creating a much safer cabin environment.  

By reducing maintenance costs, reducing weight, and eliminating hazards, the T-5 replacement tubes prove that less is truly more.

Bi-Color Lighting

Bi-color LED lighting provides some basic mood lighting capability without the need of an additional lighting control system

The bi-color system (white and one other color) can be programmed to execute unique color mix selections corresponding to each flight attendant panel switch position (bright, mid-dim, low-dim, for example). The transition times between settings are customizable. The ceiling lights are equipped with LED night lights that operate when the “night” position is selected.

When the cabin lighting is switched to the dim mode of operation the bi-color lighting system transitions to an alternative color. The customer can select from three color temperatures for the primary white lighting presentation (warm white, neutral white, or cool white) and a wide variety of color choices for the secondary lighting channel on bi-color systems including, royal blue, normal blue, and amber. Bi-color systems can also employ a mixed array of cool white and warm white LED emitters, providing a tunable white temperature lighting system.

White Only Lighting

The all-white LED system can be programmed to execute unique levels of illumination

This system can be set up with levels of illumination corresponding to each flight attendant panel switch position.
Choose from multiple levels of illumination:

  • Bright
  • Mid-dim
  • Low-dim

The transition times between settings are customizable. The ceiling lights are equipped with LED night lights that operate when the “night” position is selected. The customer can select from three color temperatures for the primary white lighting presentation depending on the look and feel they would like in the cabin. The three temperatures are warm white, neutral white, or cool white.
